Schedule of Rates (2008)
Note: These prices and rates are current as of the posting of this page
and are subject to change at any time and without advance notice. It is the
customer's responsibility to verify rates prior to the delivery of services.
All payments for services rendered are due and payable upon completion
unless prior arrangements have been made. No estimates will be honored unless
prepared by 185 Support Services in writing; estimates are valid for 15 days
from date of preparation. All ongoing web
services are billed on a monthly basis after the end of the month.
Website Hosting and Maintenance:
Varies based on size and complexity of the site and anticipated frequency of updates.
Please contact us to discuss your needs and request an estimate.
Email services for Current Web Customers with Hosted Sites:
$5 per month per mailbox, 20MB storage included per mailbox.
Hardware Maintenance, Technical Assistance, Project Development:
Labor charge $50/hour or portion thereof. Hardware maintenance fees exclusive of any pickup or delivery costs.
Materials and parts additional. Please contact us for an estimate.
Technical Assistance and Project Development work $50/hour or portion
thereof or
pre-negotiated rates exclusive of travel. See below for travel charges.
Training:
$200 per session up to 4 hours; $50/hour or portion thereof thereafter. Maximum of 5 students
per session. Materials and
handouts extra. As each student's capacity to understand and retain
technological instruction differ, no guarantees are given of the effectiveness
of training programs. Training sessions shall not be recorded and training
materials may not be duplicated without permission.
Travel:
No travel charges for sites within a 10-mile radius of our location;
$.50/mile travel charge outside of this radius.
